On June 23 at Yardley Golf Club, during the annual Member-Guest tournament, Mike Tukdarian drove his golf ball down the left side of 8th fairway and found himself lying 167 yards from the pin. Mike was the member and his brother Tom was his guest. With surgical precision, Mike sent his second shot on a perfect tour trajectory and it hit the green, bounced twice, rolled and disappeared into the cup. A remarkable eagle on the par 4, eighth hole. Five days later, Tom was back in Florida playing the Panther Lake course at Orange County National Golf Center. The fourth hole that day happened to measure 167 yards from tee to pin. With a deft golf stroke, Tom sent the ball to the green, where it bounced twice, rolled and disappeared into the cup. A remarkable hole in one on the par 3, fourth hole. So, if you find yourself on a golf course and your shot happens to be 167 yard to the pin, you better hope that your last name is Tukdarian.
