Mr. Greg Shires and Mr. Greg McCall, both members at Estero Country Club in the Village of Estero, played together Sunday, January 15, 2017 on the 8th hole at the club. One after the other they hit a hole in one. Mr. Shires hit first with his 7 iron, from 164 yards...the ball hit about 8 feet left of the hole and rolled right in...and when Mr. McCall stepped up to the tee using his 6 iron, the shot looked like a replay! Google says the odds of it happening are 50 million to 1 but it happened yesterday at ECC! Both members were playing PROV1 golf balls...and their feat was witnessed by Jim Weir a fellow member.
