I have played golf for 39 years, competitively as a child age 8-18 but have never hit a hole-in-one yet most of my friends have. In terms of number of rounds, easily more than a 1,000

Standing on the 7th tee, having already played 2 par 3's I started lamenting how I had never hit one and how frustrating it was.

After taking my practice swing, I lined up and started my back swing only to stub the club and stop mid swing and walk away. After the laughter stopped, I lined up and hit a great little wedge about 4 feet paste the hole and drew it back in.

Of all of the great rounds, courses and shots I have experienced, none felt better than this!!!!!
