Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I would make a "hole in one". I was playing on my favorite course with some very special friends with a new club I had just gotten for distances of 80 to 100 yards. I had only hit it once that day before hitting it off the tee at this par 3 hole. I was excited that I hit it well, right at the pin, but could not believe it when it disappeared into the hole. Not only did we all start celebrating but a foursome from Louisana in front of us started cheering as well. We all met at the green and and one of the guys on the Louisana team took my picutre taking the ball from the hole. I had had an accident a few years back which had stopped me from playing golf and I had been working on getting back my game since spring of this year which made it all the more sweet. It was super to have my good friends the Gregg's with me as well as the Louisana foursome who joined in our celebration making it a very special day.
