Wilderness Cup Hole in One

Playing in our Club's version of the Ryder Cup, called the Wilderness Cup, on four ball day, I hit my first hole in one on #4, 168 yards over the lake with my trusty old 7 iron. It was a cold day, and I was the only one in the field wearing shorts (most were in jackets, stocking caps and gloves). Before we headed out, many gave me the business wearing shorts on such a cold day, but they warmed up to the idea of a free round of drinks on me after we finished. I won the sleeve of Pro V1 balls two weeks back and I am now going to stock my bag with them. Great spin and a beeline to the cup. What a thrill. That Eagle propelled my partner and I to a victory for our team.
