Beginning the day five strokes off the lead, Titleist Brand Ambassador Brandon Wu (Pro V1) carded a bogey-free, final-round 7-under 65 to come back and win the Korn Ferry Tour Championship. Greyson Sigg (Pro V1), who held the 54-hole lead, finished solo 2nd, while Vince India (Pro V1x), Seth Reeves (Pro V1) and Dan McCarthy (Pro V1x) tied for 3rd.

This week marked Wu’s sixth Korn Ferry Tour start of the season and eighth of his career. In his five previous starts this season, he made four cuts and added two top-10s, highlighted by a T2 at the Albertsons Boise Open presented by Kraft Nabisco two weeks ago.

With the victory, Wu secured his spot in the 2020 U.S. Open as well as PGA TOUR additional events for the 2020-21 season. Last year competing as an amateur, Wu finished T35 at the U.S. Open at Pebble Beach. Wu will now compete at Winged Foot, minutes down the road from the house he grew up in. Sigg and McCarthy will join Wu at the 2020 U.S. Open at Winged Foot after securing their spots on through the Korn Ferry Tour Championship Series.

Austin Ernst (Titleist Pro V1) rallied to win the Walmart NW Arkansas Championship for her second LPGA Tour title, closing with an 8-under 63 for a two-stroke victory over Anna Nordqvist (Pro V1x). Ernst had the best score of the day, making 10 birdies against two bogeys. Ernst, who opened with consecutive 65s, won for the first time since the 2014 Portland Classic.

Angela Stanford (Pro V1) and a Pro V1 loyalist tied for third at 16-under, while Jenny Shin (Pro V1) and Sei Young Kim (Pro V1) tied for 5th at 15-under.

HanByeol Kim (Pro V1) topped fellow Titleist Brand Ambassador JaeKyeong Lee (Pro V1x, TS2 driver, TS2 fairway metal, 818H2 hybrid, 620 CB/620 MB irons, Vokey Design SM8 pitching/46.10F, gap/52.08F, sand/56.08M and lob/60.06, wedges Scotty Cameron Special Select Flowback 5.5 putter) with a birdie on the first extra hole to capture his first career KPGA Tour title. Kim fired a final round 8-under par 64 en route to a 21-under par 267 to get into the playoff.

Nine of 10 players who finished among the Top 10 and ties relied upon Titleist golf balls for their success. In addition to golf balls (112/72%), Titleist was also the top choice in drivers (65/42%), irons (66/42%) and wedges (279/68%).

Titleist Brand Ambassador Danie Van Tonder (Pro V1x) claimed his first victory of the season in spectacular fashion, carding a bogey-free final round 4-under 68 to reign victorious by three strokes on 11-under par at the African Bank Sunshine Tour Championship.

Three players including Titleist Brand Ambassador George Coetzee (Pro V1x) and Titleist golf ball loyalist Neil Schietekat (Pro V1x) claimed second position at 8-under par.

It was an all-Titleist golf ball playoff at The Classic at cally Gardens, where Stoney Crouch (Pro V1) birdied the third extra hole to top Hayden Shieh (Pro V1x) for his first professional win. Both players carded birdies on the final three holes of regulation en route to 20-under 196’s in the 54-hole event. Shieh earned his second LOCALiQ Series runner-up performance. Crouch improved to third on The Race to The Bahamas Points Standings.
