Had a custom fitting 2 months ago, and promptly received my brand new shiny set of T200s which I absolutely love. Unfortunatley however, the 9i has a crack in the face, along the sole of the club. Trying to describe it, I'd say it's almost like the crack is causing the face to peel away from the cavity if that makes any sense. But it's definitely going to get worse as more grass, sand, water gets inside it.

I spoke to the venue where I was custom fit at (which is about a 3hr round trip away) and they said my only option is to take the club to them, they send it to Titleist to examine, and then come back to me with either a new or repaired club giving me a lengthy drive and even lengthier delay where I am without a 9i.

Given this is a clear fault with the club - a set that I paid a good sum of money for - that doesn't sound like a particularly acceptable solution to me.

I've gone through the Titleist UK & Ireland social media channels and have received no response, so trying my luck here in the hope someone from Titleist can come up with a better solution.

As I say, absolutely love the clubs and they have made a huge difference to my game. I even managed to convince a mate to order a set of T300s for himself! So this has been a huge dampner.
