Thank you all, was told at a shop that the color was for the manufacturing year but after browsing thru the Vokey page suspected that the color had to do with the bounce but there was no definite answer anywhere to be found until asking here.
my answer is the 1966 masters when ben hogan shot 30 on the back nine at the age of 53 to get on the leader board, in the 3rd round.

CONGRATS Norm B!
You have to be fast...Norm took about 7 minutes to get that one. However, we were easy on you this time...
We're working on some other great Team Titleist Ltd…
to all team members, if you could go back in time or current day, which masters since 1935 would you wany to attend? with all the history that happen there and the golf pros who played there this is a question i think we would need a lot of time to answer…
I love the box. I will give that some tries. Thanks meng.
Cheers
I have forwarded your question to our UK office and they should be getting in touch with you soon.
For every degree you bend the loft weak, you will add one degree of bounce. You will also take a chance on cracking the head depending on whether they are cast or forged.
I think anyone would be really surprised on the final day Phil, or Westwood would not be in the mix again on Sunday, but hear me out on this one, dont count out Tiger, personally I dont like his cocky attitude towards everyone, he feels like he did nothing…
Love the Master's!!!! Nothing else like it!!!
