• My very 1st hole in 1

My very 1st Hole in One! And what great timing. I was playing my club championship this past weekend at Avon Valley golf Club and was teeing off on number 11 hole, which is an uphill par 3. After hitting my tee shot the three of us went up the hill…

  • 1st hole in one

I recently had my 1st hole in one using a Pro V1x. I used a 8 iron, the yardage was 154 yards on the par 3, 17th hole. My club is Miami Valley Golf Club in Dayton, Ohio.

    P.S. I jarred the shot.

    Great ball!

  • Iron Fitting

I just got fit for some new irons. Had a wonderful experience and thought I was going to probably get fit for the T-150s and 250s for the longer clubs. Eventually I got fit into the t-100s (PW-7) and the t-150s (6-4) with the project x LZ 6.0 stiff shaft…

  • Titleist XXL Hat

Hello TT, I'm starting to feel really defeated as of late with the Titleist offering of hats for guys with giant domes like mine. I'm usually in a 7 7/8 to 8 fitted hat, and none of the new Titleist hats fit my head, even the XXL ones. Is anyone else…

  • Ace on #4 at Threetops in Gaylord, MI

Second hole in one but got to see this one go in! What a thrill and what a great setting to have it happen. Threetops features some nice elevation changes to make it even more interesting so suffice it to say I don’t normally hit my sand wedge 140 yards…

  • Bag Rework

First time poster, but am in a tailspin and need some input. In short, the intro of the mini driver has me rethinking the composition of my bag and I would appreciate some opinions.

I'm an inaccurate driver off the tee hitting about 50% of fairways.…

  • Ace at Eagle point

I got to play an Eagle Point golf course in Portersneck Wilmington NC. On hole 15 152 yards I hit a 8 iron which only the caddie knew it went in the cup. Very exciting. I was using the tour soft ball at the time.

  • RE: Adjusting Iron Loft and Lie

All lofts and lies can be adjusted at any shop that has a loft and lie machine. Typically, Mitchell based clamp system. There are a bunch of other brands in the market now but it's very common.

Typically, you don't want to make a 4* plus change but…
  • League Play

Hole-in-One during our final week of Ryder Cup format: match play, was down 2 going into hole #7, a 157-yard par 3 playing 150 yds with a front pin. Solid 8-iron bounced once on the first cut, once on the green and then dropped into the hole.

    The…

  • RE: Taking a Divot

Interesting discussion here as I have had similar questions in the past. For what it's worth to the original poster, when I am hitting my irons best, I do not take a significant divot in the least (hitting irons best for me equals hitting 7-iron high…
