Another positive vote for the club glove with a stiff arm.  A friend has one of those hard shell (not sure which brand), his complaint is storing the darn thing, as it doesn't collapse at all.

I'm in a similar boat as you.  I was fitted to the 910D3 with the aldila RIP 60 alpha, but my 15* 910F has the kai'li stiff (not fitted).  I'd really like to try an RIP, the results were so dramatic with the driver.

You could consider switching to a lighter weight steel option, but this isn't necessarily the best way to get become more accurate.  You want to make sure that the ball flight you are achieving has a good spin and launch and you don't start losing…
