Any damage to the ball such as scuffs, gouges or any shaving of the dimples and it's retired to the "Taxi Squad".

Issue With T200 Back Plate Screw Coming Loose

Does anyone with 2019 T200's have experience with the screw on the backplate coming loose? When I took the club to my local retailer, they tried to tighten it but told me the only way to fix would be to send back to Titleist. Has anyone been successful…
