No, C1 setting for a lefty is +1.5 and more fade. The standard setting for a lefty is D4. You can always Google 913 performance guide left hand.

It is interesting that your ordered a clubhead only. Titleist does not sell just the heads, they only sell complete clubs. I suspect that your retailer ordered the complete club and is just taking the shaft out before they give it to you.
