Lou G has some great info above and Chuck is right - which club do you have? Also, why are you frustrated? Missing center? Toping too many shots? Hitting them fat? Spraying it left or right? Through my experience, these all could have different solutions…

Should be an easy fix by taking something solid and short that fits inside the hollow bar. Maybe a cut off scorecard pencil, golf tee, etc. Just add some superglue to both ends. Good luck!
