As long as we had heavy heads available, we should be able to build at D3 with 1/2" short, stock grip and standard grip size. You would want to make sure that D3 was specified on the order.

I used to believe this too. But using a ProV`x works for me even though I do not have a high swing speed. I think my swing speed is low 90. But it does feel good off the tee and I love how it spins on the green. That is how I score and beat long ball…
