I'm with DV on this one, except that I prefer my ball position for the 3i a touch further forward in my stance. The mechanics of my swing don't change but having the ball slightly further forward helps me mentally think about sweeping rather than driving…

The project X is a taper tip shaft, you won't "screw them up" cutting from the butt end, however it will change the swing weight. You lose 3 sw points per 1/2" length cut. If they feel too light after cutting, you may have to add tip weights to the shaft…

Those numbers are great with the X100 combo. You may also like the AMT X100 stock shaft since the px 5.5 are lighter than the standard DG shaft. Just check them also on the launch monitor.

Each week I see the numbers I just have to laugh. Those other guys playing a different ball must be paid well to do so. Why else would you not play a ProV or a ProV1x. Titleist not only have the best ball, but everything else as well.
