Trusoft is their softest ball and has reasonably good feel around the greens for the price. NXT Tour-S is the next softest feel. If you try both, then play the one you have the most confidence.

I know a 10 year old low handicap who took shafts out of uskg clubs and got adaptors put on them and loved it. If your 10 year old has a slightly higher club speed, try an Accra shaft.
