    A good razor knife should do it if you go slow and take your time. I cut a Pinnicale open like that , the inside was like a superball and bounced like crazy.

    Try them STD first and look at your divots. If they are heel heavy then get them bend upright until they are flush.

    If you want to go to one of Titleist's very own fitting centers then afraid so. However you can get fitted for Titleist clubs at many other golf club pro shops and stores. Places like American Golf will be able to custom fit you.
