• Re: Low Iron shots

What helped me was I leaned the shaft forward an inch or two but not too much. Also stay down on the ball. At impact I used to jump up at impact but now I just stay down through the ball.

  • HOLE-IN-ONE PAR 4

As i stare down the par 4 slight dog leg right I picture the shot I needed to get to the green. This hole I had driven it there a few times so I knew it was possible. With a little downwind breeze I took it over the trees that is protecting the green…

  • Double Eagle at Ivy Hill in Virginia

On Saturday, July 18th 2015, I made a double eagle at Ivy Hill Golf Club in Forest, Virginia! The par 5, 6th plays about 475 yards.. it's short, but its an uphill tee shot, all carry. I hit driver (Titleist 910 D2) - 5 iron (Titleist 680 MB) from about…

My friend Rick got his ace on Hole#3 at Mountain Dell (I had my first ace there!). We came to hole 17 and I was unsure which club to use. I hit my shot and it went in the hole! I jumped for joy and was laughing. Two Aces in the same foursome on the same…

  • First Hole in One!

I was out playing with my best friend who I don't see very often and trying to make certain I overcame all the strokes I had to give him in our match. With a comfortable lead we approached the par 3, 13th at Twin Hills CC in Longmeadow, MA. It was our…

  • Re: DCI 762 vs AP2's or CB's

The Ap2's are the most forgiving and will give you a higher flight in the longer irons. If you like the looks of both clubs then I would choose the easier to play AP2's.
  • Re: AP2 Question

Titleist clubs are on a 2 year cycle. I expect Titleist to release the AP2 716 series in late fall, see the demo heads by November. They already have a 716 MB in play on tour. I purchased a used set of AP2 712 until the 716 AP2 are released.
