    Titleist normally release their drivers every two years.  Based on that you might be able to figure the other dates.  I guessing.

    My advice would be to see a certified Titleist fitter in your area and see what recommendations he/she makes after going through the fitting process.

    I don't know about the shaft balance, however when I ordered my 714cb irons at standard length with pxi 6.0 shafts I requested to make 3-9 D2 then PW between D3-D4. I was told the heaviest they could make the PW was D3 at standard length. Hope this helps…
