• Re: The year of your golf ball.

I'm not sure about an actual date or year of production as I am about a specific "version" or "generation" of ball. The Pro V1 and V1x's use an identifying arrow system to differentiate versions. I had pre 2012 versions of the Pro V1 and they…
  • Luck

Hit the ball, it took one hop and went in. End of story.

  • Jon Rocco Giammatteo

My Dad and I were playing Easter weekend. I was so mad that I made a bad score on the previous hole. I told myself I need to make a hole in one. I used a 21 degree Titleist hybrid and NXT tour ball. My dad hit first a nine iron to the back part of the…

  • Re: Similar "grind" of an SM4 on an SM5

Hey Eric. Not sure if this'll help but I replaced my spin milled 60-08 with a 62-08 T grind and they are very similar. Try looking at the Vokey site. It lists and explains the different grinds. Good luck.
  • Re: FORGIVE ME !!!!

The thing I really don't like about that ball is if you look closely there's almost a seam line going around it. Just looks wrong. They also feel too soft. Yep , you can't go wrong with a pro v1. Pure quality!!!

  • First Touch

Fifteen of us played Weibring Golf Club at Illinois State University on May 5, 2015. The 4th hole was 148 yards away into the wind. I played a 6 iron 165 and the ball went in on the fly. Given the date, we call this shot "Sink-o" de Mayo.

  • 234 yards par 3

Par 3 #13 at Yoche Dehe golf course at Cache Creek Casino. Playing 234 yards to the pin and wind in my face, I chose a 3 wood and played a draw into the green and the ball bounced, rolled, and fell into the cup just at the ball was done rolling up to…
