• Comment on My Fires Hole in One

Congrats! My first hole in one was a terrible shot. It stung my hands, but found its way to the green. When it hit the green it had just the right spin and went into the hole. A nice ending to one of my worst hits ever!

  • Re: Does heat degrade the performance of golf balls?

Everybody says: "excessive heat".  What constitutes excessive heat?

Sometimes the ambient temp around here gets over 105 degs.  Inside a passenger car it gets over 145 deg. Sometimes more!

At what point does the ball get effectuated?

  • Re: Used Pro V1 and Pro V1x

Save them for off days, and tight hazards.  Hopefully to appease the gods of golf.  I donate the aging boxes of (new) non-Titleist balls that I no longer bother with.

  • Quarry Golf SA Texas

We started off on the back nine and I hadn't played in 8 months, my goal was to go out and hit some quality shots and see where I was after such a long break. Well I had plenty of swing as you can tell from my score card but overall was content. we made…

  • Re: LOFT on IRONS

It makes a difference and I think most people takes not enough care periodically checking the specs of their irons. Loft and Lie are changing by using the irons (e.g. fat shots) and some people would be suprised which specs they are playing.
