I'm waiting on my GT280 with Tour AD UB-7X shaft to be delivered. I don't have a driver in the bag right now. So the GT280 will be the longes wood in the bag.

My avg numbers from fitting in Trackman:

Club speed: 108 mph.
Ball Speed: 162 mph.

I think for most, the 280 will be much easier to hit than the standard driver. Most of the prima donna low handicappers may laugh it off while hitting driver in the trees half the day, but the strong 3-wood/mini driver concept is valid for sure. I'm going…
