    Not a big issue. Best to have a club fitter do the work. Don't cut the shaft until you swap the tip adaptors. Different manufacturers have different adaptor lengths and depths. Once you determine the desired playing length, you can swap the head weight…

    That's a loaded question!
    To be precise you need to know the weight of your current grip, and the weight of the new grip. If there is a dramatic difference then you should check the swing weight, and maybe swap the clubhead weight to compensate.
