    Today I received my new custom T100s ordered approx 3 weeks ago.

    Titleist club gripping for custom is way behind, so rather than make customers wait, they shipped my irons to GTown with standard grips In the box, and said to install the ones I ordered and they would reconcile. So Gtown called, went ahead and have them in my hands.

    I thought this was an excellent customer service move. Absolutely thrilled and no more anxious waiting with California in covid crisis.

    I have always been impressed with Titleist and their service. This is just another way where we can see the personal touch added by one of the employees who probably put himself in your shoes and figured out a way to get you the clubs as quickly as possible :)

    Hey Darius, it gets better,
    I commented on the thread about Bags delayed and my Canada day bag still MIA.
    A Titleist rep emailed me straight away to make sure they can look into for me.

    That is why I'm a lifer, amateur Titleist staffer lol.
