I have a 910d2 10.5 w/PX 7c3 6.0, launch angle 9*/10*, ball speed 158 avg, dont know the spin rates. Would like to raise my launch angle.... I have a RIP Beta getting an adapter put on as I type... Which would be better? Ilima or the RIP Beta? I have a flat swing plane, agressive move at the top. Any help would be much appreciated

Hi Justin Just read your thread and hope you don't mind if I comment. I have tried the real Ilima and its a very good shaft actually, and should defo raise that launch angle a little over the Project X. I haven't tried the RIP Beta yet, but understand its on the Titleist Shaft options as an addition for this fall, so no need for you to go to the trouble of exchanging adaptors if you could find a fitter near you who could get hold of one for you to try. Another shaft you may want to research and try is the Attas International, which is higher launch but still penetrating, and may well be a good option for you. Also the Fubuki Tour may be an option too if you get the chance to try them. Stay in touch though, as I would like to help in any way I can. Regards Jason

It seems to me that your launch angle is too low.  A shaft that can increase your launch angle couple degree will improve your distance.  Definitely should check it outdoor with trackman or flightscope.
