    I seem to be hitting towards the heel and high on the club face way too much. Id this an indication that the shaft is too long?

    That could very well be the cause for those impact marks.  I would work with a Titleist Club Fitter to see if you need to shorten the overall club length.  Below are a couple Titleist Fitting Centers near you:
