What I would like to know is what the recommended age for Titleist clubs is? Any answers would be nice. Right now my son is 11. Thank you for your answers. Griffin Nyi

Griffin,
Our clubs can be played by all ages, just as long as they can handle the length, weight, and have consistent success. There are many different shaft flexes and weights that would be viable options for a younger player, but consistency with the iron model would be a large factor as well.

Griffin - It is much more about ball speed and his skill level. A good fitter will fit him outdoors using a launch monitor. The fitter will be able to measure his ball flight using a launch monitor and then apply those findings to the Titleist club fitting manual. The manual will show you what the desired ball speed should be to achieve the necessary launch angles in order to get the most out of the clubs. This may sound complicated but it is not for a good fitter. Remember -- outdoors hitting from grass is the only way.
Look on the Titleist web site for the locator service to find the nearest fitter. I would try to find one of the Advanced Fitting locations - they are the best at it.
