    Hello all. I'm going to be ordering the tvd wedges soon from wedge works. I tried and liked the dynamic gold spinners. I play dynamic gold S300 in my regular irons should I get wedge plus for the 54 and wedge flex for the 58? True temper suggests wedge plus in gap wedges and regular wedge in sand and lob wedges. Also my irons are a quarter inch longer and 1 degree upright should I do this to my wedges as well? I read somewhere here that your wedges don't need to be as upright. I tried to post before but got no responses. Any info would be great. Thanks.

    The wedge plus is a little firmer and is recommended for full shot wedges. We usually match the lengths on wedges, but some players prefer a slightly flatter lie.

    Wedges should fit in with the rest of the set based on club length, especially if you use them for full golf shots. The PW should have the same lie angle as the 9 iron, the GW and SW should be 1/2* more upright and the LW/XW should be 1* upright from the 9 iron (disclaimer - this is more of a personal preference). My 50-08 and 54-11 are set at 64.5 and my 62 is set at 65. My irons are Eye 2 Blue Dot 1/4" shorter from standard (the 9 iron is 35.5 and PW is 35.25). Even in my DCI 981s, I have the PW and GW at 35.25 and lie angle of 64.5.
