  1. Can the T200s be bent up or down 2 degrees off a standard lie?

Yes, the T200 can be bent 2 degrees flat and beyond 2 degrees upright Titleist manufactures heads 2 degrees upright which can be bent up to a further 2 degrees i.e up to 4 degrees from standard
  3. Along the same lines, I got my new T200 irons late last year. Played a few rounds with them and love them, however I feel like they need a little tweeking for lie and loft. What is the opinion of the group as to how to go about getting this done? Have it done local or send them back to Titleist?
  4. I have the same problem with my T200's, do you have any joy getting them adjusted?
  5. Can black t200 irons be lie adjusted ?

    Yes, +/- 2 degrees
  7. Just to be clear on two points:-

First, when ordering new irons where the spec is to have the lie reduced by 2 degrees, will this mean the iron face becomes open (in the same way as for adjusting woods)?

Second, again with a lie reduction of 2 degrees and when ordering new irons, is each club manufactured with a reduced lie or is each club 'bent' to the desired lie?

    Many thanks,

Ian, they come pre-manufactured with the desired lie but I was able to do a plant tour and watch while they check each lie as they install shafts and make any minor adjustments by bending during the installation process to ensure you get an accurate club to your specifications. As for the lie making the face open, no, but what happens is the turf interaction with the head either slows club rotation when hit towards the toe of speeds rotation when hitting turf in the heal. Hope this helps.

Each iron is manufactured in two lies- (1) Their published lie and (2) two degrees upright- both can be adjusted flat 2 degrees or 2 degrees upright. The reason for the 2 degree upright head is so they can offer heads up to 4 degrees upright. They do not recommend bending their iron heads more than +/- 2 degrees.
  10. I was interested in purchasing a T200 (2021) 3 utility iron with custom specs but after trying to reach customer service via email I have received no responses. I have been a Titleist player for over 20 years and feel this is unacceptable. Furthermore, why is the 3 iron not offered with stock steel shaft as well as graphite? This iron was to complete my set of new T100 4I-PW (back order) once they arrive.

For specific details, use the phone numbers for Customer Service at the bottom of the web page. If you ordered through a dealer, you will need the order number Titleist gave them when they placed the order. If you ordered direct on line, you’ll have the ordering details.

TT is an end user forum. Titleist CS does not monitor our postings. Hope this helps you get to the right people.
  13. Call customer service. I have gotten through quickly and they are able to answer my questions.
  14. If you ordered standard lie heads—T200/T100S would you be able to bend them 4 up or 4 down? Or is there a different forging for 2 up and 2 down and ±2 is the most you would want to go? Asking for a friend. ;)

Yep Warren D, as discussed above, the T200 heads are cast, not forged. The face is forged. Even the fully forged T100's should not be bent more that 2 degrees or you risk damage. Most people would fit into the range of 2 degrees either side of standard so if you are the rare exception, probably want to work through a certified fitter to ensure nothing breaks or gets out of whack. Good luck. Hit'm straight and stay safe.
