If you are getting fitted for irons, take your current seven iron....for a driver, fairway, hybrid, take the old one with you so you can do a fair comparison. You fitter should have told you this????? Tell him/her what you want in a new set of clubs and let them make the recommendation and listen to them. Be a good listener.......

    1. Let the fitter guide the process. Don't fixate on the beauty of a muscle back if you can't hit it as well. Balance beauty and performance in a selection.
    2. Practice the day or 2 at a minimum with your current irons. You will need to be able to hit shots for almost the entire time. Knock off the rust of your swing so you don't top, chunk or hit hosel rockets (more than usual) during the fitting.
    3. Relax, Take deep breaths. Take your tempo swing - this isn't a long drive contest, you want to repeat solid contact throughout the fitting.
    4. Ask plenty of questions about your selection and the fitter's reasoning behind the recommendations.
  5. Thanks!
  6. Hey everyone, I’m so exciting about the newer Titlest TS series. I was hitting Taylor Made M-2 driver and it was hit or miss, to the point of not teeing up with a driver and losing about 1 stroke to the field. At Golf Galaxy I tried TS1 and it was nice but way 2 light. Tried TS2 and liked it. Purchased the Driver however I need a real fitting, nothing against folks at Golf Galaxy, they just didn’t help much and I want to be really fitted by the Titlest Crew that try’s every option so that I really know what combo is best for me. God Bless all!!!
  7. Please guys from Titlest, I desperately need a true and real fitting. Been to Dicks and Golf Galaxy and nothing against them, they tried however I left still wanting. So Please help I need a fitting like I have viewed multiple times on YouTube. Actually every fitting of the TS series from you guys at Titlest we’re excellent and I need your help desperately!!! Thanks for your time and God Bless all of you guys!!!!!

The folks on this site are end users like yourself. There is a Fitting tab at the top of this web page. You can check for a Titleist Thursday event. These are company sponsored with expert fitters, lots of available fitting options, and no fee fittings. If none, my preference is a pro shop with outdoor fitting. Unlike retailers with many multiple companies represented, most pro shops can gain expertise on one or two lines. If they are listed on that tab, even private clubs will do outside fitting. Good luck.

    DDuncan,
Your best bet is to find a Titleist Thursday event near you. I just finished mine today for the new TSI driver. If your area has already filled up the dates, look at finding a Titleist Professional fitter.

There is a link under fitting on the Titleist site to find what you need & is available in your area.

    Kevin,
Just relax and as stated bring your club(s) you are being fitted for. I just finished the TSI driver & fairway Titleist Thursday fitting today. Great experience keep an open mind as the fitter guides you through the process. I went from a regular shaft back to a stiff shaft. Went from a 9.5 to a 10 degree head. At 57 years of age.

It's a great process, I did one for my T200 irons back in June & once again I went from a R300 shaft to a S300 shaft. I always get fitted for my clubs so I was surprised but excited all at the same time. Lol

    Enjoy the fitting,
Let us know how it went...

Want to ensure that you get a certified Titleist fitter, not a sale clerk. Titleist Thursdays, as mentioned are in the process now. Best of luck. My boss just finished with a Titleist Product Specialist at Pawleys Island, SC and ended up with T200 4-7 and T100s 8-W......very happy....had to add a bit of loft to the long irons, did not need a 230 yard four iron......this fitter is one of the very best Titleist has......
