I've recently started playing. I have a fitted GT2 driver, but have been lucky enough to win a custom fit driver on a raffle site. I want to stick with Titleist. So my question is; would a GT3 be any good for me and if so can I use the original specs from my first fitting? Just for some extra info; I've only been on the range and in the sim studio so far.

    TIA

Find out how long that custom fitting is good for. If you have time, get out and play the one you were fitted for. GT3 is going to be less forgiving.

Question for the raffle site: since you already have driver - would they let you use the credit for fitted fairway + hybrid (or other clubs)? Turn that baby into a new top of the bag for the upcoming season. Put this in the 'couldn't hurt to ask' category.
    Enjoy the journey!

Another option is if you can delay the fitting until late summer. The next generation will be out and you’ll know more about your swing by then. Getting the right loft, forgiveness to match your striking, and a shaft to optimize your shots is priceless.
