Hi Albert -

In regards to the variation in fitting, please keep in mind that the fitter can only fit to how you are hitting the ball that day and what you tell them your typical tendencies are and if what they are seeing from you is your normal trajectory and ball flight.  Also, when fitting indoors the fitter relies mostly on the numbers from the launch monitor if there is any variation from the machine and numbers its producing, there might be some differences in the results. 

Honestly, the recommendations are not that far off and could be based on slight variations from your fitting. 

910D2 9.5 a1 with blueboard by titleist r flex - D2 might have been the recommendation for a more forgiving head that produces a slightly higher launch than the D3. A1 (STD loft/ STD lie) setting based on shot shape tendencies

910D3 9.5 d4 and blueboard by titleist r flex - D3 might have been the recommendation to reduce your spin rate. D4 (+.75 degree loft/ STD lie) setting to provide more launch (D3 is a lower launching head) while keeping your spin down.  Could also help provide slight Right to Left ball flight.
