Had a 909 D3 with Aldilla Voo Doo X 65 (Not made for Titleist). Recently purchased the 910 D3 Ahina X 72(Not the made for Titleist) after recomendations from club fitter. Here's the problem. My miss with the 909 used to be a push fade, and now with the new club it's a hard draw. I have it set for max fade, but was wondering what could be causing this issue? Any thoughts or help would be appreciated.

The unbranded Ahina 70 is a pretty stout shaft and has about .5 less torque than the Aldila.  That .5 can make a huge difference and can essentially square the clubface faster than a your Aldila.  Assuming you are right handed...do you have set in C-1?

I do have it set in the C1 position. I played again today, and hit the driver better than I have for years. The Ahina shaft took the right side out of play for me, and all I had to to was aim down the right edge of the fairway and let it go. It just seems backwards to me that an X Stiff Ahina with less torque would actually make the ball easier to miss left than right. I almost thought it would be the opposite. If I had one recommendation to everyone, it would be to go get fit by a qualified professional with launch monitor. For me I got to hit 8-10 shaft combinations and also 3 or 4 different settings on the new 910 D3. I found the best combination for me, and I love it.
