i have been playing with different size grips to get the "best" feel for ME on my scotty california del mar.....i just put on a standard size golf pride all rubber grip, 1 wrap of tape. feels great as it is a smaller grip then what i am use to. it has no frills to it, just like the ever popular pingman grips you see. (thought of this but just can't put a png grip on a scotty putter). I can really "feel" the weight of the putter and the arc of my stroke. i use to use a thicker midsize but lost that feel. what is everybodys preference or thoughts on what the best type of putter grip is?

  2. Bottomline for a putter grip it is all about what you feel most confident with!  For myself, I prefer larger grips for my putters (Scotty Cameron Midsize Custom Shop Grip) since I have larger hands.  However, I do give up some "feel" in my opinion but gain more consistent strokes for my set up.

    Good luck!

cool. mid was good for awhile but felt i was missing to much i have smaller hands also too i only wear a small or cadet medium glove

  4. I've been using a super stroke 3.0 grip on my last putter and recently bought a Golo 5. Which Scotty grip would be comparable to the SS 3.0?
