Sure-fit issue/concern

    This will be hard to describe, but here goes...

    There is a slight (1/4") space between the shaft fitting and the actual sure-fit hosel on my D2.  I have tried re-tightening the hosel with the wrench and pushing the shaft fitting down to close the gap but it won't budge.  Should I be concerned?

    The Sure-Fit adapter does have a "ferrule". Is that what you're talking about? If so, you should be just fine. However, I'd take it in to your local Titleist rep/store and have them set up an RTV. They can send it to Titleist to have them check it out just to be safe.

    Thanks David...yes, the space is between the ferrule and the adapter.
