I placed an order through a retailer and just picked up my new CB irons and SM5 wedges today (all clubs +.5"). I ordered two wedges: one in tour chrome and one in black, but the two that were sent were in black. The rep at the store offered an exchange but its a 40 minute drive for me to the store so I opted to think about it. I'm wondering, in order to avoid the trip to the store, is there any way I can perform an exchange directly with Titleist (i.e. send the new club with the wrong finish in for a similar one in the correct finish)?
