SM5 Wedge (custom length) received in wrong finish

  1. Hi -

    I placed an order through a retailer and just picked up my new CB irons and SM5 wedges today (all clubs +.5"). I ordered two wedges: one in tour chrome and one in black, but the two that were sent were in black. The rep at the store offered an exchange but its a 40 minute drive for me to the store so I opted to think about it. I'm wondering, in order to avoid the trip to the store, is there any way I can perform an exchange directly with Titleist (i.e. send the new club with the wrong finish in for a similar one in the correct finish)?

    Titleist was just helping you out - you want your wedge to match! Keep the black ones - very cool.

    Hi Edward,  We don't have any direct sales other than through the Vokey .com site, but you can have your shop ship the correct wedge by mail and ship the other back to them.  Or if it was a custom wedge, you can ship the wedge to the shop and have the new one drop shipped to your house.
