Other than color, what is the difference between the two putters. Has anything changed in the design or performance?

The face milling is different. The 2014 is Deep Milled so it's "softer" feel/sound. The head weight EMPTY is 330 g for the 2014 (so with 10g weights you are at 350g) but for the 2010 you need 15g weights to get to 350g.
The grips are different. The finish is a little different. There are some subtle things with the bumpers, top line, etc. The toe is raised higher on the 2010 (I think by a degree or 2)

Jim,
One thing that the 2010 Studio Select putters did not have was the deep milling that you will notice on the newer 2014 Select models. This promotes a softer feel and better sounding putter. You may notice some differences in the neck of the putter, which helps to promote a different amount of toe flow. The head styles and aesthetics, that were in the 2010 Studio Selects, don't change much if they are re-introduced in a new line of putters.

The new designs are a very different "feel" due in part to the head designs but also as Cam pointed out the deep milling on the face...you have to try it! I have switched across the board and have only been using the newer putters however everyone has their own opinion... Good Luck!

I have one of the 2014 Selects (Newport 2 Notchback) and love the deep milling effect and what a great feeling putter. Think you will be happy with the newer model.
