Is it only the fitter who can track a custom order ? Do you need an order number ?

We recommend calling the pro shop that placed the order - they can track it for you.

Although the fitting exercise was thorough,I am disappointed in the follow-up.I ordered AP2 714 with KBS shafts,soft stepped.I heard their was a delay in getting the shafts from the supplier.I think if the fitter was aware of that they should have advised me.I had to read about the delay from the Team Titleist website.
I would like to try and track the order but I do not want to "pester" the fitter.Dilema ! I am planning a trip next week,would like to go with new clubs.
I was fitted on the 13Mar so I do not really know when the order was put in.
I went through Simply Golf in Calgary,Canada.
Guess I just have to be patient but I have read other Canadians that have rcvd their custom orders in 10 days.

Hi Robert, I spoke with Canada and you may want to contact Simply Golf as it was delivered yesterday. Please keep in mind that it is not "pestering " the fitter to inquire about your order. They did the fitting and placed the order for you so they are a great source for information on your order.
