I work at a club in southern Minnesota and generally when dealing with Titleist it takes roughly 2-3 weeks for the clubs to arrive. I have seen an order arrive earlier than this but I have also seen an order arrive much later. From my observations it's time the clubs take to arrive has a lot to do with the season that you make your purchase. A limited stock may also result in a shipping delay. I hope this helps, but more importantly, I hope you enjoy your knew clubs when they arrive.

Yea I would like to know as well I ordered the same thing almost 3-5CB's, 6-PMB's with DG X100 shafts along with a new 15* wood which actually showed up today but no irons. So was wondering if they should be showing up any day now or is there a delay in a product 

When an order is called in, they will let the pro know what date it is expedted to ship and if there are any current backorders.  Normally, custom orders ship in about 3 days and then depending on where you live, it will take an additional 1-5 days shipping time.

Are 712u's back ordered right now? I ordered one on 4/23 and was told it'd ship on 4/28 but my shop just told me that it hasn't shipped yet.

The 712u heads are not back ordered.  It may be that the shaft you ordered is backordered as nomal build time (if we had the shaft) would be 3 days.

I am in NC and every order that I have ever placed has arrived within a 9 days of placing the order. That includes custom clubs, bags, balls and even custom course logo balls. Nothing but excellent service!
