Hello everyone,
I currently carry SM4 wedges in my bag but am looking to add a 58*. I love the SM4 but havent had much in the way of feedback on the 5's. Has anyone made the upgrade and what is your experiences (pros and cons)?

I love my SM4s. I currently have a 58-06 L grind and it is great as an overall wedge (I can play it on just about any lie). I've had the 60-10 M grind (bent to 59) and that was good out of greenside bunkers. The closest to K grind for me was the SM c-c 62-07. My 54-11 is M grind. Can't say much about S grind.
The choices for 58s are 58-04 in L grind, 58-06 in S grind, 58-08 in M grind and 58-11 in K grind.
My two cents is what you currently play on your lob wedge and what your purpose is. My purpose of the 58-06 is hard sand, full swings, chips and pitches, cut and flop shots off tight lies. It does work on turf and in soft sand, but you have to play sliding shots.
