Has anyone played them? I cant seem to find to many reviews out there and I am thinking about upgrading from the irons I have now.

Hi Bryan,
I have had them for about half a year at this moment and i LOVE them.
I previously had the AP2 from 2008 or something so I was in doubt between those and the new AP2's.
The CB's are really easy to hit and even got me some more distance (10 to 15 meters extra), but that could also be the slight draw instead of the normal fade that I used to hit.
Many people told me that the CB's would be too hard to hit or that the long irons would be way to difficult, but instead i found them really easy to hit, even the 4 iron.
The thing i love most about them is that you get what you put into them. You can draw, fade, punch and sting away with these things.
I use the dynamic gold S300 shaft in them by the way.
If you need more info, just ask me.
Some info maybe: i'm 23, play off 9 hcp.
Greetings from Belgium.

I currently own a cb/MB 714 combo, cb for the long irons, and they are fantastic. Great flight path and shotmaking capabilities, and can hit any shot out of the rough.
I would highly recommend the CB irons if you are able to consistently get good contact on your shots and you are able to shape your shots.

You certainly came to the right place for reviews on the CB's. I play the 712 CB irons with S300 shafts. 3 iron through PW. These irons are great for me. First round with them was a 74. At first, I was a bit hesitant to get these. These are my first forged irons. I had read that they are "easy to maneuver." I assumed this meant that it would be hard to hit pins. I quickly found this to be false. In fact, I think they are easier for me to align coming from my old TM irons. They are really easy to maneuver, meaning I can easily hook a 4 iron around a tree with a fair degree of accuracy. Comes in handy! Anyway, I gained about 5-10 yards with these. As for forgiveness, it's about what one should expect out of a player's iron: You gotta know what you're doing. I have found the 3 and 4 iron very difficult to hit out of the rough, but that is as always expected. Great feel, great trajectory, wonderful turf interaction. Tremendous club overall! I recommend a fitting to be positive these suit you, however. Make sure you get a good fitter. Low trajectory can sometimes be adjusted by a change in the shaft. Good luck!
Hope you find these reviews helpful!

I got my 714 CB's in March and have been playing 4 to 5 times per week. I have been playing Titleist clubs for quite some time and these are the easiest clubs to hit that I have ever owned. I can hit them low and no problems hitting them high when I want to. I also have the S-300 shafts in them.
Before buying the 714 CB's I hit them on two separate occasions. I wanted to make sure that I could hit them consistently and after the second time hitting them I ordered them. I would suggest trying them out before making your decision.
