The new 915 D2 is described as having "more dynamic face closure".  I assume this means it has more of a draw bias than the D3.  Is this correct?   How much of an effect does this "more dynamic face closure" have on the D2 versus the D3?

    Hi Paul,

The 915 D2 is a larger head than the D3 and because of that, the weight can be placed further back in the D2 model. Anytime you have more weight further back it is going to make the head easier to close. That is why the D2 has more dynamic face closure compared to the D3. Both drivers are .5 degree open at the neutral position. Don't think of the D2 as a "draw driver", rather it is just easier to close the face compared to the D3.

    Thanks

    Will

Good to know, my 915D2 arrives in the morning.....I believe it is a 460, like the previous models......

    Yes, the 915 D2 is a 460cc head.

I too have a problem with anything that resembles a draw bias. Was hitting the D2 yesterday , at a local shop, and it definitely not a draw club. I think a better description is "workable."

thank you,  happy to hear that it is workable;  was thinking I would have to go to the D3 to avoid the draw bias

    Thank you for the response.

My miss is left so I want to avoid a draw bias or something that is easier to close.
