    Hello titleist people I need a quick answer on a shaft question. Can I buy a 913f 3wood shaft and cut it down to go in a 913f 5wood. If so does it need to be tip trimed more or just butt trim Thanks

    Best bet is to just go talk with someone in your area that specializes in it. I am lucky enough to have a great guy locally right next to Oakmont Country Club. Trust me before you do anything you aren't too sure of just go ask someone who knows the ins and outs.

    The difference in a 913F 13.5* or 15* and a 913F 17* is 1/2" in tip trimming. You would not need to butt trim. However, if you do this on your own you will void the warranty of the shaft. If you want our Repairs Department to trim and install a new adapter they can do that for you. Have your local pro shop or retail store call our Warranty and Repairs Department to set up an RA.
