I changed my shaft last year to True Temper XP95 regular shaft. I had a fitting from Titleist at a local golf shop and they suggested to go to this shaft based on my swingspeed; distance and personal criteria.

There are a lot of great shafts out there, like Chuck said, best bet is to go somewhere and get fit or at least go and hit some different ones.  Its hard to give you a good recommendation without knowing anyting about your swing.
