Titleist 915 green weight

    Hi I'm wondering why my 915 D3 came with a green weight when all my buddies and all the ones in the shops have red?? I didn't ask for anything different, that's just how it came

    If you had the length altered and/or requested a specific swingweight or non-standard grip then it would have been to hit the desired number. As it is green, think of it as a lucky charm :-)

    I'm sure it's on this site somewhere, but I don't know where to look, so can someone tell me what gram weight corresponds with each color for drivers? (i.e. green = 9grams)

    I got this information off Budgetgolf.com in their ad.  The 915 colors and weights are as follows:

    White:  4g

    Green: 7g

    Red: 9g

    Blue: 11g

    Black: 14g

    Hi David,
    Alan is right - if you had requested a longer length or a specific swingweight, we would have put in a different weight to adjust for it.
     
    The white weight is 4 gr, green is 7, red is 9, blue is 11 and black is 14 gr.

    Thank You Cathi, and Chuck for the info about the color = weight designation for the driver weights. Just ordered my 915D2, and the specs my fitter suggested was the 11 gr. weight and I was wondering what color to expect.

    Hi cathi, that's the thing....I didn't request any longer length or swing weight. So how do I go about getting a red or blue?

    Hi David,  Please call us with your serial number.  Did you want the driver to be one or two swingweights heavier?  Our number is 1-888-TITLEIST
