  1. Recently noticed that one of the grooves of my 1 month old FW have a paint chip damage (white paint missing). We are talking 1-2mm in the centre of the sweetspot. 

    What is the expert opinion here, does this in any way effect club performance/ball flight?

    I think we all experience that problem, over a period of time or from use on the range.  Have not noticed any effect in performance or flight of ball when I strike it properly.  I have Sharpie paint pens to repaint the lines and keep them looking fresh, when the need arises.

    It's just that you can notice the chip missing when touching the area with my fingernail. Feels like the paint layer is thicker at the 915 woods compared to earlier versions...

    I guess I will have something to blaim if my shots ends up in the woods from now on ;)
