Hey everyone I was at my local range today to practice and when I got my 913 driver out of the bag I noticed something making a small noise after I took the headcover off of it, I began to inspect it and thought maybe the head screw had work its way loose but it was tight, so just to make sure I took it all the way loose and reattached the head to the shaft and torqued it down. Then I took the weight on the back off and torqued it back down but had the same sound. After I got home tonight, I took the head off the shaft again, took the head screw all the way out and the weight also, as I shook it I can feel something like it's loose inside the head. Has anyone else had this problem? The driver is only a little over a year old, I bought it new from my local pro shop here. I hope that Titleist can fix it or make it right, just don't have the funds right now to buy a new driver. I play every other weekend and go to the range once a week and have had no problems from any of my Titleist equipment, as I have a full bag of it except for the putter and that's coming soon. Don't really care to play any other equipment other than Titleist. Thanks

Hi Greg,  Have your pro shop set up a Warranty inspection.  As soon as the Warranty department visually inspects it, they will be able to let your shop know what can be done for you.

Thanks  Cathi for the quick response. I talked with customer service this morning and they told the the same. I will take it to my local shop asap. Actually I talked with them on the phone also and they said they would send it to Titleist. You guys are the best!

Well my local told me yesterday that my 913d2 head would be replaced with an new one, that's great. But now for the bad, my original head was a 10.5* which I had it lofted .75 or a degree which made it 11.25* and sometimes I went up even more, but they are sending a 9.5* head because they say they the head I need is no longer in stock. I only bought the driver last summer in the last of July, I guess I will have to turn it up and just play it, none the least to say that I am disappointed being that it was only a year old with limited use, I only play twice a month and go to the range every other week, and take extremely good care of my equipment. I usually don't complain about much of anything but I feel kinda put out by this.

I just want to say that I heard from Titleist and all I can say they are head and shoulders about anyone in customer service, they promptly got my issue solved and made sure I was satisfied. What else could you ask for from a company, and that's why I will always be a Titleist player for the rest of my life! Hands down, you are the best Titleist!
