I have been playing Cleveland Tour Action Reg 588 blades for 14 years. Although I hit them well, I have thought for a while that an iron with a slight cavity may help me cut a few strokes off of my handicap. So, I finally pulled the trigger and picked up a set of DCI 962's, irons I have always been a fan of. I hit them last night and could tell an immediate difference, as I learned how to play golf with and have always used blades. I got a great deal at my local store, picked up the 3-PW and a 64 degree spin milled Vokey for $170.

Anyone have any tips on the 962's? I am playing at about an 8.6 right now, goal is to get to a 4.4 and enter to qualify for the US Amateur Public Links next year.

    Thanks!
