I placed a custom order set of 5-PW with Recoil 110 stiff shafts. I forgot to tell them what swing weight I would like. Does anyone know what swing weight they will be built out as?

    Thanks

  2. I would assume they'll try to achieve D2 which is their standard but I'd call if it's going to be a big issue for you.  I ordered some T-MBs with AMT R300's 1" short and requested D0 but C8 is what they'll able to achieve.

I believe all the Titleist irons, except the AP1's, come in a stock D2. But it could change with an upgraded shaft.....

It looks like all Titleist irons, with the exception of the AP1, are in D2 swing weight by default according to the website, though I'm not sure there is any option to choose from any particular set.  Anyway, you're gonna have a cool set.  Congratulations!

    Hi,
Assuming T-MB RH, with Recoil 110 S at standard length with a standard grip at std size, the swingweight will default to D1 +/-1.

    Thanks Cathi,
Yes, I ordered RH, Recoil 110 Stiff Flex with lengths and grips standard.  I take it the std lengths for the Recoils are 38" for the 5 iron.  If so I think we are good.
I usually take the std grip and put on a women's 45 gram grip which should move the swing weight up to D2 I suppose.  I have very small hands and usually use a women's grip or a junior grip.
