    Hey,

Does anyone know what the 915H 3 hybrid (21*) stock length is when not installed (tip of adapter to grip's butt end)?

Also does Titleist tip their hybrid shafts? If so, does the tipping change with each different hybrid loft?

Also are all 915H heads the same size? Or do they get smaller has loft increases?
  3. Hi Ryan,

The shaft length with the adapter installed should measure roughly 39.5".

We tip our hybrid shafts differently based upon the type of shaft and the loft of the club head selected. Is there a shaft you are most interested in?

915 Hybrids do decrease slightly in size as you move to each subsequent higher loft.

Another shaft length question regarding the 816H:

When I measure my 19* 913H, which is considered to be a "3" hybrid, I get a length from butt end of grip to top of screw on the Surefit adapter of 40.5 inches. However, when I measure the same space on my new 816H 21*, which is also considered a "3" hybrid, I come up with 39.5 inches, a whole inch difference. That doesn't make sense to me since they are both 3 hybrids by Titleist. Am I missing something? Could I have an incorrect stock length shaft in mine? It seems like my 21* 816 is a 1/2 inch to 1 inch shorter than it should be. Can someone who has an 816H 21* please confirm what the distance is on theirs from butt end of grip to top of the screw when the shaft is installed on the head? Or can someone from Titleist answer this? Thank you.
